Graham and Sue Edwards live in the Channel Islands. Graham is a lecturer in food and beverages at Guernsey College of Further Education, is a member of HCIMA and the Cookery and Food Association, and holds the Diploma of the Wines and Spirits Education Trust as well as being a Director of Coffee Studies.
