"Edinburgh Memories" is the unique and fascinating result of many conversations and interviews with local people, recalling life in the city during the 1940s, '50s and '60s. Compiled by the Living Memory Association, vivid memories are recounted, including childhood and schooldays, work and play, sport and leisure, and the war years. Anyone who knows Edinburgh, as a resident or a visitor, will be amused and entertained, surprised and moved by these stories, which capture the unique spirit of Scotland's capital city.
