Our new "Recipes for Living" format launches with a box full of helpful tips for bringing families together at meal-times. How much of the treasure that lies within us - our thoughts and experiences - do we ever bestow on even those closest to us? How do you find the right moment to express the most deeply felt things, or to pass on your family history? This innovative recipe box creates that moment every time it's opened. The first installment in this new format, "Food for Talk", gets families and friends talking and sharing with 200 cars of conversation-starting questions to anger and quotations to reflect upon. Statistics show that when families talk regularly, kids do better at school and are far less likely to use drugs or engage in other unhealthy behaviours.
