Ana Quincoces Rodriguez grew up in a Cuban household in sunny Florida, where she was routinely conscripted to help her mother in the kitchen. Eventually, this child labour led to her adult passion for the art of cooking that Ana, her family, and her friends enjoy today. As a lawyer and mother of two daughters, Ana often shares the simplicity and satisfaction of Cuban meals. She lives in Miami, with her husband and daughters.
