Inda Schaenen is currently a writing teacher in the St. Louis Public School system. Her previously published works include: "The 7 O'Clock Bedtime," "All the Cats of Cairo," and "Mommy Wars." Schaenen has also been a newspaper reporter and has written columns and essays for "Salon," "The New York Post," and the "St. Louis Post- Dispatch." Schaenen is a mother of three and enjoys spending time with her children, gardening, hiking, bicycling, and of course, reading.
