Author Biography - James P. Muldoon
James P Muldoon Jr is senior fellow with the Center of Global Change and Governance, Rutgers-Network. He lectures widely on the UN, diplomacy and international affairs in the US, Europe and Asia. He has contributed to major newspapers and academic journals on contemporary international affairs, and is also the author of Westview's The Architecture of Global Governance: an Introduction to the Study of International Organizations.
