"Health Economics" applies the tools of economic analysis to the problems of health care finance and delivery. This book assumes no previous knowledge of the subject and uses clear, non-technical language to explain the available economic tools, and critically examine their strengths and weaknesses in relation to health policy and management issues. Adopting a global approach, this text is essential reading for all students of public health.
