Description - The Empire's Missing Links by Walid Bitar

In a world where language is never simple, this challenging collection shows how the most ordinary words can be used as weapons in the battle for private and public power. Resembling a series of ambivalent and enigmatic history lessons, these new poems are rich in original observations on contemporary unease.
