Helen V. Fisher has written several cookbooks and recently has worked with doctors and dietitians to create health books with recipe components. Cynthia Thomson, Ph.D., R.D., is a clinical nutrition research specialist at the Arizona Cancer Center at the University of Arizona. Both authors live in Tuscon, Arizona.
