Description - Menopause, Me and You by Ellen Cole
The book has two basic purposes. Firstly to present information on the menopause, the changes women can expect to experience as they make the transition to and beyond the menopause, risks associated with menopausal treatments, and sound advice based on facts and common sense. Secondly, the book aims to provide women with the tools to monitor menopausal activity. Data collected can then be assessed and used, if necessary, in the event of physical or psychological treatment.
