Sandy Thompson was Head of Planning, Asia, for global ideas company Saatchi & Saatchi for the last seven years. Based in Hong Kong, she pioneered the revolutionary marketing research methodology Xploring and helped Saatchi to become the most awarded agency network in the region. She now heads up Planning at Saatchi & Saatchi's New York and Toronto agencies, and divides her time between the two cities.
