Author Biography - Rita Trieger

Rita Trieger is the editor-in-chief of Fit magazine. Rita is also a yoga instructor and enjoys teaching a loyal following of students at World Gym, A WomanSpace Wellness Studio in NYC and The Health and Fitness Institute at Stamford Hospital in Connecticut. Rita recently launched a new publication, Fit Yoga, dedicated to the world of yoga and alternative exercise trends.
