Antonio Percuoco was born in Naples and has worked in and owned restaurants for 34 years. He speaks on hotel management and has been a guest chef in Thailand and India. He now runs "Ristorante Fellini" at the Marina Mirage resort, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.
