He is the author of Celebrazione!, the story of the De Bortoli winemaking family, and Of A Nation, the history of Peters Ice Cream and co-author of several other books including the Wyndham Estate Seasons Cookbook, The Food and Wine Lovers' Guide to Melbourne and Surrounds and Top Five. He lives and works in Melbourne.
