Author Biography - Anne Sheasby

Anne Sheasby, the consultant editor, spent several years working as a professional home economist within the food industry before embarking on a successful freelance career in 1991 as a food writer and home economist. Anne is the author of many published cookbooks, covering a wide variety of subjects, and has been a consultant editor on many more. She has also written for national magazines and regularly works with leading companies within the food industry. Anne is a member of the prestigious Guild of Food Writers and the Institute of Consumer Sciences, incorporating Home Economics in the UK. Her published works include Healthy Eating for Babies and Toddlers: A Parent's Guide to Great Tasting Recipes and Menus for the Growing Child, from Weaning to Five Years (Colour Library Books), and Guilt-free, Fat-free Cookbook (Southwater).
