Gavin Kennedy is the Founder and Chairman of Negotiate, Emeritus Professor at Heriot-Watt University, and the author of several books on negotiation, many of which are translated into eleven languages. He has consulted for public and private sector clients in UK, Rest of Europe, North America, Southern Africa, Asia and Australia since 1972. Currently he is semi-retired, and has four personal global clients of long standing, two in the USA, two in the UK, and various shorter assignments around the world. For eleven years his University course, Negotiation, has been taken by up to a 1,000 business managers in over 60 countries per year.
