Ages 9 to 13 years. Yeny and her friends decide to fight against the violence in Comumbia - not by using guns but by holding a vote for peace. On 25 October 1996, millions of children throughout Comumbia held a peace vote that resulted in one full day with no bombs, shootings, or kidnappings. The Children's Peace Movement has been nominated every year for the Nobel Peace Prize.
