Author Biography - Allison Paterson
Allison Marlow Paterson is a teacher librarian and author of Anzac Sons: Five Brothers on the Western Front and the adult version Anzac Sons: Five Brothers in the War to End All Wars, true accounts of the service of her grandfather and his brothers on the Western Front. Granny's Place, while a fictional story for children, is based on the author's childhood memories of her much-loved grandparents, the joy of the family gatherings on their small farm in central Victoria and her own reflections on the changes that life brings.
