Author Biography - Carmen Meinert

Carmen Meinert is editor of the German-Mongolian and English-Russian volumes of Buddha in the Yurt. Buddhist Art from Mongolia, is specialised in Buddhist, Chinese and Tibetan Studies. Most recently, she was the interim professor for East Asian Religions in Past and Present at the Ruhr University in Bochum, Germany. Currently, she is a visiting research fellow at the Kate Hamburger Kolleg Dynamics in the History of Religions between Asia and Europe (Ruhr University, Bochum)."
