Author Biography - James Mannion

James Mannion has been a national magazine and newspaper journalist for thirteen years. He edited at the BBC before going on to work for nearly a decade in the men's market at the consumer titles FHM and The Mail On Sunday's Live Magazine, where he is currently Executive Editor. Like most men of his generation, he is also a passionate home cook who has annexed his kitchen as a place to relax, create and house a gamut of cooking gadgets.
