About the Editors Malin Ernberg is Professor and Head of the Section for Orofacial Pain and Jaw Function at the Department of Dental Medicine, Karolinska Institutet, Sweden. Per Alstergren is Professor and Head of the Orofacial Pain Unit at the Faculty of Odontology, Malmo University, Sweden.
