Stanley E. Greben, M.D., F.R.C.P.C., F.R.C.Psych., is Professor Emeritus, Department of Psychiatry, and Professor of Psychotherapy, University of Toronto. He is also Consultant and Coordinator of Postgraduate Psychiatric Education, Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto, Ontario. Ronald Ruskin, M.D., Dip Psych, F.R.C.P.C., is Assistant Professor, Department of Psychiatry, and Senior Research Associate, Trinity College, University of Toronto. He is also Staff Psychiatrists, Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto, Ontario.
