Author Biography - Andy & Pickering, Edward & Hufton, E Wadsworth
Andy Wadsworth is a former world-class athlete who won the 2002 Xterra Offroad Triathlon Amateur World Championship. He is currently the Director of My Life Personal Training in Bristol, UK (www.mylifept.com). He has written for a variety of sport magazines, including What Mountain Bike, 220 Triathlon, Men's Health and Men's Fitness. Edward Pickering is an experienced racing, sportive, leisure and commuting cyclist and journalist who works for Cycling Weekly and Cycle Sport magazines. Elizabeth Hufton is a health and fitness journalist who has written widely on exercise, nutrition, women's health and injuries, and on running for beginners through to competitive athletes.
