Author Biography - John E. Davies

John E. Davies is currently county archivist ofCarmarthenshire, Wales. He has previously published TheCarmarthen book of Ordnances (1996). In 2008 hecompleted his PhD at Swansea University on The Cawdor Estates inSouth-West Wales in the Nineteenth Century.
