Shelly Newstead is the founder of Common Threads, a training and consultancy company for those working in playwork and childcare settings. Emma Isles-Buck works part time for an Early Years development and childcare partnership as a training and recruitment officer. She also works freelance as a trainer and External Verifier for NVQs in Playwork.
