Author Biography - John Michael Cooper
John Michael Cooper is Professor of Music and Margarett Root Brown Chair in Fine Arts at Southwestern University (Georgetown, Texas). Angela R. Mace is a Ph.D. candidate in musicology at Duke University. She is co-author, with R.
