Book Review: Hope by Lesley Pearse - Reviewed by (25 May 2011)

An amazing story that takes you in from the first few pages. I must admit that I only picked this book up because I'd run out of books to read and I was expecting a soppy love type story. Boy was I wrong. The characters came to life and I felt for them and with them through all of their happy, sad and day to day living experiences. It seemed so very real. I didn't want this book to end and will simply have to try some of Lesley Pearce's other novels. The only fault I can find with this book is that the picture of the girl on the cover looks too modern compared to the image I conjured up of ' Hope' while reading/living the story... A simply BRILLIANT story....
