Author Biography - Nel Glass
Nel Glass is a Professor in the School of Nursing and Midwifery at the Australian Catholic University. She is a registered nurse, sociologist, ethnographer, digital artist and Reiki Master. Her research interests include: hope, resilience, optimism; improving workplace practices, professional and practice development; voice and healing.
