Book Review: One Very Tired Wombat by Renee Treml - Reviewed by (30 Nov 2013)

One Very Tired Wombat is a very cute book which any child will appreciate.

The story is about a very tired Wombat who just wants to get some sleep, however there are many of his Australian native friends around who try and be quiet, but they are naturally noisy making a chorus of animals noises.

This story is also a counting book as well, counting the animals who are quietly disturbing the wombat. The illustrations are sketch style, black and white and quite detailed. This book would make an ideal gift for an overseas visitor. A story that you can read many times over.
