George M. Fredrickson was Edgar E. Robinson Professor of United States History Emeritus, Stanford University. Nathan Glazer is Professor of Education and Sociology, Emeritus, at Harvard University. Reed Ueda is Professor of History, Tufts University, and author of Postwar Immigrant America.
