I strongly recommend it to anyone who is searching for process improvement opportunities, no matter if a novice or advanced practitioner." -Gerhard Plenert, author of Strategic Continuous Process Improvement "The Process Improvement Handbookis an indispensable resource for achieving meaningful Process Improvement; business managers will have the power to help their organizations stay competitive and responsive to customers, as well as nimble and resilient. This book builds on proven Process Improvement techniques refined over the past 30 years, but makes the case for a new standardized approach to BPI for organizations. It makes this case because it expertly weaves today's technology and capabilities, with the proven quality and process approaches of the past.
