SHELDON H. CHERRY, M.D., named by New York magazine as one of "The Best Doctors in New York" in 1991, is a practicing obstetrician and gynecologist at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York and Clinical Professor of OB/GYN at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. A pioneering researcher in perinatology, he is widely recognized as one of the leading experts in the field.
