Book Review: Weed Forager's Handbook by Adam Grubb - Reviewed by AllyJ (28 Oct 2017)
I found this book really useful. Learnt about local weeds I can eat. Haven't been sick or died since eating plants I would not normally and some are quite tasty. I wish it just had more information about more weeds/plant/herbs as I learnt a lot. It expands your view on what is in the garden you can eat. Has good photos of the plants and when best to eat them. For example eat dandelion leaves before the plant flowers. Purslane is crunchy and kind of sweet, a great addition to salads. I am pleased I purchased the book
