Born in 1926, Jean-Pierre Rosnay founded the quarterly Vivre En Po--sie in 1983 and the renowned Club des Po--tes in Paris. A prominent member of the post-war Parisian intellectual community, he became associated with Boris Vian, Juliette Greci, Isidore Isou and others, while his writing was deeply influenced by the post-Surrealist movement. This major new collection of his poetry, translated and with an introduction by J. Kates, is Rosnay's first to be published in English.
